Current Openings:

This position is to work in our Boynton Beach-based clinic as a Full-time Pediatric Speech Therapist.

New grads or SLPs graduating by August 2026 encouraged to apply.

The speech therapist’s responsibilities would include:
  • Provide therapy in the clinic environment.
  • Document treatment sessions in our online EMR system.
  • Conduct initial/re-evaluations and summarize information into a report.
  • Design/implement a plan of care appropriate to issues identified, required frequency of treatments, and involves the patient/family.
  • Educate and counsel families regarding treatment plans and progress.
  • Provide information regarding the appropriate selection/use of adaptive equipment and support resources to the patient’s family.
  • Plan and assist with patient discharge from therapy services.
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology by August 2026
  • Licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Florida
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA OR Entering Clinical Fellowship Year
  • A team player who enjoys collaborating with other therapists
  • Passionate about speech therapy and working with children
  • Speaks Spanish (but not required)

This position is to work in our Boynton Beach-based clinic for a total of 20 hours a week. The schedule would consist of Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 am-6:00 pm, and Fridays from 8:30am – 12:30pm. This position has opportunity for growth.

This position is to work in our Boynton Beach-based clinic for a Per Diem Pediatric Speech Therapist position for afterschool hours (i.e, Tuesdays/Thursdays 3:00pm – 5:45pm).

The speech therapist’s responsibilities would include:

  • Conduct re-evaluations and summarize information into a report.
  • Design/implement a plan of care appropriate to issues identified, required frequency of treatments, and involves the patient/family.
